Your publication was a life saver for me as in 2018, by default, I became the firm’s legal secretary.  While I have been in the legal field for years as an administrator, I had never been a legal secretary responsible for calendaring, etc.  I have referred to your documentation multiple times throughout the last 5 years and am not certain what I would have done without it!
