Customers: When you make a purchase on our Site, we ask for personal information, including: your name, business name, email address, physical address, phone number, credit card and bank account information (stored directly with Stripe or Quickbooks, our third-party credit card processors), and website domain. By voluntarily providing us with your account information, you represent that you own and consent to our use of such personal information.
Website Visitors: At your option, we may ask you for and collect your name, email address, physical address, and phone number. Like many site operators, we collect information that your web browser sends whenever you visit our site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on our Site’s pages, and other statistics. Log Data is only used for analytical purposes by our staff.
We will not sell or provide your Personal information to any unaffiliated third-party entities. However, we may occasionally send you emails about our Products from third-party email providers licensed by us, at this time including MailChimp. At no point is any Personal information aside from your email address provided to such third-party email providers, and you may permanently unsubscribe yourself from our promotional emails at any time by following the instructions in said emails, at which point your email address will be removed from the third-party systems.
We also from time to time may be required to give access to our Site to third-party vendors to analyze, troubleshoot, and correct issues relating to third-party plug-ins used to run the Site. Such third-party vendors would include, but are not limited to: Automattic, MyWorks Software, AlgolPlus, iThemes, WooCommerce, Stamps.comEndicia, and SkyVerge.
We take all reasonable steps to protect information received from you from loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and/or destruction. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for your data that is transferred over the internet. Despite its use of encryption, we cannot guarantee any method of transmission of information over the internet is 100% secure.
