We are happy to refund your PDF purchase in full so long as you have not downloaded it. Because you can’t physically return a downloaded PDF, and we are unable to prevent you from accessing the file once it is downloaded, there will be no refunds once downloaded. (Our online reports show the date, time, and IP address of each download.)

Therefore, if you purchase a PDF for a class and then drop the class, you will only receive a refund if you have not downloaded  the PDF.
