The following sets forth our Terms and Conditions regarding Update Service Subscriptions Automatic Renewals and Cancellations, and Refunds for PDFs and the Calendaring Video. By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Update Service Subscriptions – Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Update Service Subscriptions entitle the subscriber to the next two Updates issued, either in January and July or July and January, depending upon when the subscription starts. Unless the subscriber changes the payment method in their account to “manual renewal,” the credit card will be automatically processed annually. Two email reminders are sent to the subscriber prior to the credit card being charged: (1) 20 days before the renewal date, and (2) 5 days before the renewal date. Both of those emails contain a link for the subscriber to access their account, and include information on how to cancel the subscription.

The subscriber may either: (1) Go into their account, click the Subscriptions tab, click the View button for the subscription they wish to cancel, and click the Cancel button, or (2) Reply to the email reminder adding “Please Cancel” in the subject line. Either way, the subscription will not renew on the next renewal date.

Refund of PDFs and Calendaring Video

We are happy to refund your PDF or Calendaring Video purchase in full so long as you have not downloaded it. Because you can’t physically return a downloaded PDF or video, and we are unable to prevent you from accessing the file once it is downloaded, there will be no refunds once downloaded. (Our online reports show the date, time, and IP address of each download.) Therefore, if you purchase a PDF for a class and then drop the class, you will only receive a refund if you have not downloaded  the PDF. Similarly, if you download the Calendaring Video, no refund will be issued.
