TEXTBOOKS ARE PROVIDED IN PDF FORMAT ONLY (NO HARD COPIES)
OUR BOOKS: The current versions of our textbooks are: (1) Litigation By The Numbers® (“LBTN”) revised July 2026, and (2) California Civil Litigation and Discovery (“CCLD”) 13th Edition, January 2025. If you need both books it’s easiest to choose the Companion Pak, which adds both books to your cart at once.
- We offer books in PDF format only; you will not receive a physical book. Because it’s impossible to return a PDF, they are not refundable once downloaded.
- Student-priced vs. regular-priced products. The student‑priced versions below are substantially discounted and contain the same text as the full‑priced editions. To justify the price difference, the student versions do not include certain navigation features and are watermarked on every page with the buyer’s name, email address, and phone number. Features such as bookmarking and the interactive table of contents are disabled, but search remains available. If you prefer a non‑watermarked and fully navigable version, you may buy the full‑priced products here. Otherwise, please scroll down to purchase the student‑priced textbooks.
- You can search, highlight, and add sticky notes. You may save a copy to each of your personal devices. You may print one copy for your personal use. For more information on PDFs, please be sure to check our FAQs page.
- Once you download the file(s) to all of your devices, there is no reason to log back into our site to access them. You may download your books from the purchase confirmation page or from the confirmation email. If you download via the links in the confirmation email, you will need to enter username and password. Your username is your email address. Use the “forgot password” link to set your password.
Note: Purchases of PDFs are not refundable once they are downloaded, so if there is any chance you’ll drop your class, do not download the books. There are no exceptions to this policy!
